Running for an hour is less than 5% o...Perspective. Running for an hour is less than 5% of your day. Or takes the place of watching two half hour shows on tv. I am an early morning runner which gets me out before most people are out of bed. Back normally before 7 with the rest of the day ahead. Understand it is different with having children at home but also nice to have some flexibility to run later in the day.<br />Only time I suffer from boredom is on those long solo runs. Don't know if it helps to run with a group since you have to concern yourself more with pace. Prayer is good for watching the time fly by. <br />Keep on running towards your yearly goal.
