I got a little carried away with my vlog this a.m. Turns out it's like 27 minutes long. Oops! Which, unless you are a good friend or die hard fan of mine, I know you are not going to watch that. That's fine! So I went back and made a 2nd, more to the point video that is only 5 minutes long.
So I'm posting that video for now. According to youtube the other 27 minute video will be done processing and ready to post in 259 minutes. So I will post the short one for now then come back & post the other video later.

And....the long version. Go grab a snack or lunch, coffee, whatever....make sure you go to the bathroom...I'm kidding, kind of...it's not THAT long. But get comfy and enjoy : )

DeleteI love your challenges! Are you giving yourself all summer to complete the PT challenge? I'm injured so I won't be able to run for at least another 5-6 wks. Bummer. But I am seriously hoping I can be back at by mid July. If that's the case, I am getting in on that one. I'm also participating in Run Like a Mother's summer challenge to move 5 days a week all the month of June. Just made my calendar out this morning! And a green smoothie a day challenge, which might be a difficult challenge for me but I am hoping to get on the ball with that one tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteI hadn't really thought about a specific time frame, just summer. Part of me wanted to wait to start this and give the time frame of when I was in Basic Training (July 18 - Sept 15), but I was ready to get on the ball and start already. So we'll see how it goes : ) I'd love to have to join in, even if it's not for awhile.
